How to Fill MP D.El.Ed Online Form 2026 (Step-by-Step)

  1. Visit the official portal: rsk.mponline.gov.in (Direct link below).
  2. Click on “D.El.Ed Programs” and then select “Counseling Activities”.
  3. Click the mouse icon next to “Registration Form”. Read the instructions, tick the checkbox, and click Continue.
  4. Enter your 12th class details (Board, Passing Year, Roll Number, Mother’s Name). Solve the captcha and click Check Detail, then Verify Detail and Proceed.
  5. Fill in the missing details (like DOB, Religion) according to your 10th marksheet. Select your Domicile status.
  6. Enter your address and upload your passport photo (Size: 10 KB to 100 KB). Click Save and Next.
  7. Upload your documents: 10th/12th Marksheets, Domicile, and Caste Certificate.
  8. Tick the declaration, click Validate Information, and make the payment of ₹50 via UPI/Net Banking/Debit Card. Download the receipt.
