1. Application Fees (MP Online):
- Registration Fee: ₹50
- Choice Filling Fee: ₹100
- Note: If your name doesn’t appear in the 1st round list, you don’t need to pay the registration fee again in the 2nd round. You only have to pay the choice-filling fee.
2. College Admission Fees (Per Year):
- Govt College (DIET): Approx. ₹9,000 per year.
- Private College: Between ₹33,000 to ₹44,000 per year (depends on the college).
- Scholarship & Housing: Both colleges offer scholarships. Some colleges also provide a housing allowance (Awas Yojana) ranging from ₹12,000 to ₹15,000. Please confirm this with your allotted college.
How to Fill MP D.El.Ed Online Form 2026 (Step-by-Step)
- Visit the official portal: rsk.mponline.gov.in (Direct link below).
- Click on “D.El.Ed Programs” and then select “Counseling Activities”.
- Click the mouse icon next to “Registration Form”. Read the instructions, tick the checkbox, and click Continue.
- Enter your 12th class details (Board, Passing Year, Roll Number, Mother’s Name). Solve the captcha and click Check Detail, then Verify Detail and Proceed.
- Fill in the missing details (like DOB, Religion) according to your 10th marksheet. Select your Domicile status.
- Enter your address and upload your passport photo (Size: 10 KB to 100 KB). Click Save and Next.
- Upload your documents: 10th/12th Marksheets, Domicile, and Caste Certificate.
- Tick the declaration, click Validate Information, and make the payment of ₹50 via UPI/Net Banking/Debit Card. Download the receipt.

- Go back to “Counseling Activities” and click the icon next to Choice Filling.
- Login using your Application Number and Date of Birth. Solve the captcha and click Submit.
- Select a minimum of 10 colleges. Put your most preferred college at Number 1.
- Click on Save Preference and pay the ₹100 fee.
- Download and print both the Registration and Choice Filling receipts.

- If you forgot your choice filling password, use the “Reset Your Password” link on the counseling page to create a new one.
